Product Manager

Overview

iov42, a leader in innovative supply chain solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our traceability solution, Interu. Our proposition supports clients with compliance to regulations such as EUDR, UK Forest Risk Commodities and the US FOREST Act, helping them to save time, improve data accuracy and de-risk their business operations.

You will support the team with the development of our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) products related to supply chain traceability. Our innovative solutions enable companies to track their products and services throughout the supply chain, increase transparency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping execute product design and development for our supply chain traceability solutions. You will work closely with the engineering team, designers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the application meets customer needs and aligns with the company’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition
• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and product vision for our supply chain traceability solutions
• Work with customers to define users requirements and user stories
• Design wireframes and workflows to meet this user requirements
• Work with engineering teams to create and maintain product roadmaps and feature specifications
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability and customer satisfaction
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and go-to-market strategy
• Track and analyse product metrics to measure product success and iterate on product features and strategy
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales collateral and product positioning

Required qualifications

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a fast-paced start-up or large tech company in the Product team
• Practical hands on experience in designing workflows and wireframing
• Ability to work collaboratively and willing to learn on the job
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Strong technical background experience in software development
• Experience in developing and launching SaaS-based products for B2B customers
• Prior experience in the supply chain or logistics industry
• Understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)/Blockchain technology
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
