Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team to lead and manage the development of our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) products related to supply chain traceability. Our innovative solutions enable companies to track their products and services throughout the supply chain, increase transparency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our supply chain traceability solutions. You will work closely with the engineering team, designers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the applications meets customer needs and aligns with the company’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and product vision for our supply chain traceability solutions.
• Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business needs.
• Work with engineering and design teams to create and maintain product roadmaps, feature specifications, user stories, and design prototypes.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and go-to-market strategy.
• Track and analyse product metrics to measure product success and iterate on product features and strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales collateral and product positioning.

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up or large tech company as a Product Manager.
• Strong technical background experience in software development – experience in cloud platforms and/or blockchain technologies welcomed.
• Experience in developing and launching SaaS-based products for B2B customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
